REIKI
Imagine feeling lighter.
More grounded.
More at ease in your body.
Reiki invites your system out of “doing” mode and into rest. Many people describe sessions as deeply calming like exhaling after holding your breath for too long. While each experience is unique, Reiki often supports relaxation, emotional regulation, and a sense of internal spaciousness.
This work is gentle, intuitive, and always guided with respect for your boundaries.
SARAH MARSINELLI
Sarah creates a calm, welcoming space where clients are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance and well-being. She finds deep meaning in holding space through the gentle practice of Reiki, supporting individuals as they release stress and settle into a more regulated, grounded state.
Sarah discovered Reiki during a major life transition in 2016 and was immediately drawn to its simplicity and depth. Since her first training, Reiki has remained a central part of her personal and professional journey. She has witnessed meaningful shifts in many individuals through this nurturing modality often described as a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional ease.
Many of those who receive Reiki with Sarah report feeling deeply relaxed and restored, leaving sessions with a greater sense of peace and openness.

ABOUT REIKI
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese term commonly translated as Universal Life Energy. It is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above-the-body) practice that supports the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and heal—mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
Rather than forcing change, Reiki creates a supportive environment where the body can release stress and return to equilibrium. Many people report feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected after a session.
Reiki complements therapy, medical care, and other wellness practices, and is often used as part of an integrative approach to healing.
What to Expect During a Reiki Session
-
You will remain fully clothed, lying on a massage table or seated comfortably
-
There is no massage or physical manipulation
-
The practitioner uses light hand placements or works just above the body
-
Sessions are quiet, calming, and paced intentionally
-
You are always welcome to share preferences around touch, music, lighting, or silence
Many clients experience deep relaxation, warmth, subtle sensations, emotional release, or simply a profound sense of rest.
After Your Reiki Session
Reiki continues to integrate after your session. To support this process, we encourage you to:
-
Move slowly and gently for the rest of the day
-
Disconnect from technology when possible
-
Drink plenty of water
-
Rest, journal, or sit quietly with anything that surfaced
-
Spend time outdoors or engage in gentle movement
-
Be kind to yourself—emotional shifts, vivid dreams, or subtle sensations can arise over the next 24–48 hours
There is no “right” way to feel after Reiki. Simply notice what your body needs.
