HALLIE GOODSON
LICENSED CERTIFIED SOCIAL WORKER
Hallie works with children (ages 10+), teens, emerging adults, young adults, and adults, providing trauma-informed care to individuals navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional stressors. Her clinical perspective is rooted in the understanding that past experiences, particularly trauma, shape how individuals relate to themselves, others, and the world, and that healing begins in a space that is safe, attuned, and nonjudgmental.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within a person-centered and trauma-informed framework. She collaborates closely with clients to identify patterns, increase insight, and develop practical coping strategies that support emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable change. Sessions are guided by each client’s pace, strengths, and goals, with a focus on empowerment and restoring a sense of agency.
Her trauma-informed lens has been shaped by clinical experience in a children’s advocacy center and a university counseling center, where she supported individuals working through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. These roles reinforced her belief in the importance of connection, consistency, and having a trusted therapeutic presence throughout the healing process.
