LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
PH.D.
DR. PAUL CASE
Healthy relationships don't happen by accident. They require trust, vulnerability, effective communication, and the ability to navigate life's inevitable challenges together. Every couple experiences difficult seasons, whether it's feeling disconnected, caught in the same patterns of conflict, recovering from betrayal, preparing for marriage, or simply wanting to strengthen an already healthy relationship. Wherever you find yourselves, meaningful change is possible.
With more than two decades of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Paul Case has helped individuals and couples navigate some of life's most difficult challenges. He is passionate about helping couples move beyond recurring patterns of conflict and disconnection to rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and strengthen their relationship. Clients appreciate his warm, thoughtful, and grounded approach, which creates a balanced environment where both partners feel heard while gently challenging the patterns that keep relationships stuck.
Drawing from the Gottman Method, one of the most extensively researched approaches to couples therapy, along with attachment-based and other evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, Dr. Case helps couples improve communication, navigate conflict in healthier ways, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and develop practical skills that continue long after therapy ends. His goal is never to determine who's right or wrong, but to help couples better understand one another and build a relationship that feels secure, resilient, and fulfilling.
In addition to couples counseling, Dr. Case enjoys working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, neurodivergence, life transitions, and relationship concerns. He believes healthy relationships begin with personal growth and helps clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and stronger connections with the people who matter most.
