DR. PAUL CASE
LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Since 2015, Dr. Paul Case has been in private practice in the Nashville, Tennessee area. He is known for his work with adolescents and adults navigating a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use, neurodivergence, loneliness, and many of life’s more complex transitions such as grief and loss, divorce, trauma, parenting challenges, and significant life changes.
Dr. Case earned his doctoral degree from Wheaton College, where his training emphasized both psychological science and the deeper spiritual traditions of healing. He has advanced training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting and trauma-informed therapy, experiential therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and attachment theory.
Clients are often drawn to Dr. Case’s warm and grounded presence. His gentle, thoughtful approach creates a space where people feel safe to explore, heal, and grow through life’s challenges.

Dr. Paul Case has been in practice as a licensed clinical psychologist since 2002. His professional experience spans a wide range of treatment settings, including a psychiatric hospital, a college counseling center, a therapeutic boarding school, and three of the nation’s premier therapeutic wilderness programs serving adolescents and young adults.
Born and raised in Mississippi, Dr. Case is grateful to be returning to his roots after years of practicing in Montana, Georgia, Colorado, Vermont, and Tennessee.
