LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR + REGISTERED PLAY THERAPIST
Children express themselves differently than adults do. They often don’t have the words to explain how they feel—but they do have play, movement, creativity, and connection. That’s why I use play therapy and expressive arts therapy to support children in processing their emotions, building resilience, and reconnecting with their inner sense of safety and joy.
With every child I work with, my goal is to create a warm, accepting space where they feel seen, heard, and valued—just as they are. Together, we follow their lead and support their natural ability to heal, grow, and thrive.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
As a child and family therapist, I work from a client-centered and relationship-based approach, deeply informed by Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment Theory. I believe that healing happens within the context of safe, supportive relationships—and that includes the important relationships children have with their caregivers. I partner closely with parents throughout the therapeutic process, offering insight and collaboration to strengthen family connection and foster long-term growth.
